You don't want to be locked in [frenzy] permanently (ok so deep in your heart you do, but it's unhealthy).

What do you mean permanent... it ends in 8 seconds, I'm just saying that if you use one stance and then the oth Hold on a minute, I see... Well thats a cool tactics lol I can use frenzy to hit someone and then if he tries to hit me I use shield stance
Thanks guys I learn so much from you
One more question is blurred vision good?

[[Shield Stance] could work to cancel [[Frenzy], but there's the recharge and it slows your movement. Shield Stance is good for covering [[Healing Signet] when you're using it (just don't forget to have your shield equipped), but there are better cancel stances for Frenzy that can be used for more than just a cancel. Most people cancel Frenzy with [[Rush] since after hitting so fast with Frenzy, Rush is usually charged up for you to use it to cancel Frenzy. And not only being a cancel for Frenzy, Rush can also be used to increase your movement speed to catch up to foes running away.
[[Blurred Vision] as in that Water Magic Elementalist Hex Spell? It's a decent skill, but should probably be left to something with higher energy than a Warrior.

Disciplined stance is good for cancelling frenzy if wer talking about blocking stuffs, tho frenzy ends up being cancelled by ims stances usually cuz it makes you catch up with kiting foes. :>
You should run [defy pain] in AB, probably the funnyest thing to run there, nothing better than looking at noobs crying at you unable to kill. xD

Wow thanks for telling me about rush it works really good even though I must charge it before I use it.
About blurred vision I know it's 10 energy but my friend told me that conjure flame is good, and that's 10 energy too.
Super Igor where can I buy that defy pain? Do I need to have the bonus mission pack? Or is it such a skill that I need to "capture" That seems to never work for me

The Bonus Mission Pack doesn't offer any skills you can use outside of those missions.
Elite skills (the ones with a golden rim), like Defy Pain, needs to be captured from boss monsters using a Signet of Capture. Only one of them can be equipped on your bar. Search on the Wiki for its exact location.
Note that if you only want to play AB or any other form of PvP, you can also create a PvP only character. That character will have access to all skills you unlocked on your account. You can't take it to PvE, but they are much more easy to customize.
More, earning Balthazar Faction by killing opponents enables you to unlock skills for your account at a Priest of Balthazar. It's 1000 points for a normal skill, and 3000 for a elite skill.
So it would be possible to jump into PvP with any decent build, gather 3000 Balthazar Faction, and unlock Defy Pain without the need of capturing it from a boss monster in PvE.
Hope this helps.

Conjure Element is good for a warrior because a warrior can use Elemental upgrade prefix for its weapon to enchant it with the element that Conjure Element uses. Even though the damage type is "elemental," the extra damage is unaffected by increased armor against elemental damage. Even though it is 10 energy, it only needs to be casted roughly every 45-60 seconds while [[Blurred Vision] only last 9 seconds at most (and that's if you have 12 in Water Magic) so it will need to be spammed more.

On Defy Pain... Rune of Sup. Absorption + Knight's insignia + Defy Pain = Great way to frustrate people.
However, I myself play Endurance builds w/ any melee weapon, really.

You forgot a -2^stance Shield, Atomisk. Watching newer players try to take down a Physical Absorption [[Defy Pain] Tank in AB is srsly 4 t3h lulz.
13/14 Strength has the same reduction (-9) on [[Defy Pain], so unless you were just going for insane HP or a breakpoint on [[Enraging Charge] I don't much see the point in sacrificing the Weapon Mastery for Strength; if you can't do damage AND Tank, this build won't work - they have to see you as a threat or else they'll just leave you alone.
-9 from Defy Pain
-3 (physical) from Knight's Insignias
-3 (physical) from Superior Absorption rune
-2 (physical) from Shield
-17 (physical) / -9 (all) per hit. Yes. Epic lulz. Epic Tanking. Epic Fail on the part of those trying to take you down with Physical weapons...

This is AB we are talking about. Even if one team is smart enough, the other two definitely aren't.
I've never seen a Defy Pain wammo go unmolested. And if he does, he just solo caps stuff (albeit slowly)

warriors are greatly limited by adrenaline in AB, because of the skirmish style and long run distances. however, there are two ways for warriors to succeed.
1) have good support that gives them time to build up for each battle
2) have a build that's builds up very quickly OR does not rely on adrenaline heavily
generally, you'll want your utility skills to be based on energy, or have some ways to charge up adrenaline really fast.

Frenzy, if continuously kept up, will most likely own you before you kill your opponent. Use it when you knockdown with Bull's Strike or if someone else has them occupied, and REALLY BEAT THE F out of them. If ppl start hitting you immediately cancel te stance with your other one.

I have raped with this before. It's hard to get used to, but it's really fun to play.

Weapon-swapping insanity. Bow for Hunter's, Hammer for BB, and Sword for Gash and Steelfang. Damn. Ppl do a double-take from watching you pull your arsenal out much?

As much of a joke build as it looks, it owns face pretty hard.
Adrenaline is pretty precious in the build, so I run sprint.
The weapon swap isn't that hard - if you've ever BB sin'd, you can do the HS+BB+Gash combo with ease. Once you have BB ready, they're pretty much dead.
Not to mention that the build has a surprising amount of self-reliance in it, and LC allows to keep your adrenaline engine going.
You just have to time your hunter's shots so you get the bleeding. Then you can practically murder them.
